Josh has been in the Financial Services industry for nearly 9 years now. He started with an independent firm and worked hard to become a top producer. Josh achieved MDRT* status in his second year in the business and has not looked back. In 2022 & 2023, Josh reached the prestigious TOT (top of the Table) recognition. He has also completed the courses to gain the coveted ChFC® industry designation.
After a lot of prayer and deliberate consideration, Josh and his life-long friend, Robert Hubbard Jr., founded IN Wealth Management financial firm in the fall of 2022. They are excited to serve and continue to build lifetime relationships with their clients.
Josh is licensed to sell securities, insurance and annuity products in KS, MO, OK, CO, CA, NE, IA, TX and GA.
*Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum commission and gross business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year only until lifetime membership is achieved after 10 years; otherwise, all members must apply every year to continue their affiliation with the Million Dollar Round Table. Qualifying membership in the MDRT Top of the Table is based on minimum sales production requirements and gross business generated within a year. Lifetime membership is achieved in the 10th year and this status is maintained in future years by attesting annually to having met current minimum production levels and by paying the required dues.
Personal
Josh has been married to his beautiful bride, Andrea for more than half his life. They have raised and launched 7 amazing humans into the world. Josh became a “G-Daddy” before the ripe ‘ol age of 40. Now he and Andrea (G-Ma) have 6 grandchildren and love spending as much time with them as they can.
Josh is an avid outdoorsman. He loves to hike, hunt and fish. His favorite times are when he has the opportunity to be in a tree stand or have a fishing pole in-hand alongside one of his kids or G-babies!
Josh is involved with numerous civic and community organizations, and he serves as the Missions Pastor for Freedom Church in Augusta. In the fall of 2017, Josh started a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry called I WILL GO Ministries, Inc. to help equip and empower others to GO into the world and share the love of Christ. His passion for world missions has taken him to more than 20 countries over the past 30 years.
